Has anyone ever tried Subways low-fat breakfasts yet?  Since I had forgotten my JC breakfast my husband and I stopped at Subway on our way home from Cleveland this morning.  I always choose Subway because they tell you exactly how many calories and fat grams their meals are.  I opted for a Western Omelet Melt.  I'm pretty sure it was 160 calories and 4 grams of fat.  It included a whole wheat omelet with egg whites, 1/2 slice of provolone, peppers, and a thin slice of ham.  It was pretty good!  When I'm not on the JC foods I try to choose the best option possible.  I hope this was it.

We had another successful car ride home.  Our son slept the entire way.  Unfortunately he has been a bear since we've gotten back.  Due to all the fluids he has consumed he has been trying to have a bowel movement all day.  Finally tonight he had one and is still making straining noises and irritable.  I guess it's my cue to get off here and go help out my husband.  Hopefully being back on his routine will help him be happier and feel better tomorrow!

Western Omelet Melt


1 cup coffee with 2 tbsp. creamer

Snack - 

JC Vanilla Crisp Anytime Bar

Lunch - 


JC Cheesy Potatoes and Chicken

Snack - 

1/2 cup grapes

Dinner - 

JC Mac & Cheese

Salad (mixed greens and peppers) 2 tbsp. light ranch

Snack -

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
