1/29/15 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Saturday

The strangest thing happened yesterday.  I felt horribly thirsty all day and I drank more than I usually would.  In fact, my mouth kept getting so dry that when I worked out last night there was a moment when I thought I was going to throw up.  I hydrated much more than I typically do so I couldn't figure it out...I haven't felt that way since I was pregnant...haha and no, I'm not pregnant again!  But, I woke up this morning (I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much) and had lost almost 2 pounds!  I'm going to hope it remains this way!!!!  Hope everyone has a great weekend.



Breakfast - 

JC Breakfast Stuffed Sandwich


1 cup fat-free organic milk

Snack - 

JC Oatmeal Raisin Anytime Bar

Lunch - 

JC Pesto Pizza


Snack - 


Dinner - 

JC Mac & Cheese

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms, green onion) 2 tbsp. light southwest ranch

Snack - 

JC White Cheddar Popcorn
