Sometimes I like to "plug" local restaurants that have a wide-variety on their menu or something about them that stands out above the rest.  If you live or visit the Cincinnati area there is a little Cafe (lol, it's literally called Cafe...I know the name is not very unique!) right on the bike trail in old Loveland (a suburb of Cincinnati).  This is where I went with a girl friend last weekend for lunch and a long walk on the bike trail.  I loved this little place because first of all, it supports local business which I love and it has seasonal and fresh fruits and veggies.  Perfect for the healthy eater!  I got a delicious salad that orange tomatoes (I don't know what these are called but they were delicious; very flavorful), feta-cheese, olives, and cucumbers.  For a little starch and protein I also got hummus and grilled pita wedges.  Delicious!  It was the perfect lunch before we set out for a long walk on the bike trail.  Just watching the bustle of all the bikers and walkers passing by while we ate outside was invigorating.  it made me ready to begin our workout.  I highly recommend you try this place if you're looking for a light lunch or dinner and enjoy eating outside!
