August is just around the corner and with that means I'm in my classroom pretty much all the time.  I'm beginning to get anxious because that means leaving my little boy.  We have had so much fun together this summer.  For most of July he was sick so he's just started to be himself again, chattering constantly, belly laughing, rolling all over the place.  I'll be sad for our time to come to an end.  

Today my son and I are going to meet my parents for lunch on the bike trail and then walk the trail.  The heat is pretty intense so for anyone that works or exercises outside be careful and drink plenty of fluids.  My goal was to be done with Jenny Craig by the end of August.  Not sure if that will happen or not but hopefully the combination of eating healthy and exercising will get me there!

Breakfast -

1/4 cup Break-free egg, 100 cal English Muffin

1 Morning Star Veggie Sausage


1 cup coffee with 2 tsp. fat-free creamer

Snack - 

JC Anytime Bar

Lunch - 

Veggie dog with whole wheat bun


Snack - 


Dinner - 

1 cup whole wheat pasta, 1/2 cup Healthy Choice Marinara, 1/4 cup mozzarella

Broccoli with 1 tbsp. margarine

Snack - 

100 cal pack
